How is the new monthly invoice structured?

If you pay by invoice, you receive a PDF from Monta ApS at the end of the month with up to three parts:

  1. Cost invoice with your expenses: charging sessions (on your own charge points and via public roaming), transaction fees, the monthly subscription and any refunds.

  2. Self-billing invoice with your income, for example when external drivers charge at your charge points. Monta issues it on your behalf.

  3. Marketplace activity with reimbursements such as home charging reimbursements. These are not invoices but expense notes.

At the bottom of the cost invoice you will find the net amount ('Amount Due'): costs, income and marketplace activity combined into one payment. You can download the details per transaction as a CSV under Payment > Invoices.
