The power of your charging station is a maximum. Your car often charges more slowly. This can have several causes:
Your car limits the power. Every car has its own maximum charging power (via the on-board charger). An 11 kW charging station will therefore charge a car that can handle a maximum of 7 kW at only 7 kW.
Your battery is almost full. Towards the end of charging, your car slows down the charging speed.
The battery is very cold or very hot. The car then limits charging to protect the battery.
The charging speed is limited. For example by load balancing, a set limit or a charging schedule.
