As a tenant of a shared garage or car park, do I have the right to install a charging station?

As a tenant of a parking space in a shared car park, you must always ask permission from the owner (so the landlord) of the parking space.

The owner of the parking space has the right to install a charge point and does not need permission from, for example, the VME (association of co-owners). They only have a duty to notify: they must inform the VME of the installation of a charge point on their own parking space.
