Since 1 October 2026, the new Hub (New Hub) has been the default view of the STROOHM Platform. This new Hub looks a little different from the old Hub.
In the left-hand navigation bar, you will find:
Accounts - manage your accounts in terms of members, charging stations, charge cards and financial matters (previously called 'Teams')
CPO / Network - here you will find the status, configuration and performance of your charging stations (EVSE), as well as the management of your charging sites
EMP / Fleet (only available with the FLEET Pack) - here you can manage users, home charging reimbursements (= reimbursement of home charging sessions) and outbound roaming.
Operations - here you get the overview of all your own charging sessions
Your profile - Finally, at the bottom, you will see your own profile name. Click it and then click "Profile" to change the details and settings of your own profile, such as your name, contact details, the platform language, and so on.
