The home charging reimbursement is set up per employee by their employer, for that employee's home charge point. If your partner charges at your charging station, the settlement depends on the charge card or account your partner charges with and on what the employer(s) have set up.
Because this differs per situation, our helpdesk will check it for you. Create a ticket via the helpdesk and include:
your charge point ID;
which charge card or provider your partner charges with;
your employer and your partner's employer.
Also ask your partner to let their employer know that it concerns a home charge point located at your home.
