Are you moving house, renovating or leaving your employer? Below you can read a short overview of the options for your charge point in each situation.
You are moving house
It is possible to move or relocate your charging station. Request this via the helpdesk, in the Takeovers and/or Dismantling category. More info: Is it possible to move or relocate my charging station?
Is the charging station staying behind and getting a new owner? Just changing the contact details is not enough: submit a takeover request via the helpdesk (category Takeovers). More info: My charging station is getting a new owner. What do I need to do?
You are renovating
Does your charge point need to be disconnected or moved because of the works? Contact the helpdesk via www.stroohm.com/en/helpdesk to have the charge point disconnected or moved.
You are leaving your employer
As soon as your employer stops your home charging reimbursement or removes you from their account, the reimbursement stops. For your home charge point, you then have two options:
You take over the charge point through a transfer of ownership. This is done entirely remotely. After that, you manage the charge point yourself on the STROOHM Platform and you pay for the platform, management and support yourself.
The charge point is dismantled or moved, for example to a new colleague.

Do you want to stop your STROOHM services?
You cancel via the helpdesk, category Cancellation. Want to keep using your charging station privately afterwards? Then an offboarding is needed. More info: I want to stop my STROOHM services. Can I still use my charging station afterwards?
