Yes. Invite several colleagues and give them the Admin role, with the permissions they need (for example only exports for accounting). Each user logs in with their own email address, so do not share a login.
Does your accounting department need to receive the invoices? Then enter the finance email address under Settings > General information: that is where the monthly invoices are sent.
