Why is an amount reserved when I start charging?

When you start, a temporary card reservation is made: an estimated amount is held so that the payment goes through securely. This is not the amount you end up paying.

After the session, you only pay the price per kWh shown in the app × the number of kWh you actually charged (plus any additional costs shown).

If your car is linked to the app, the estimate takes your battery level into account: the fuller your battery, the lower the reservation. If you pay with your personal wallet, there must be enough balance for the reservation, otherwise the session will not start.
