My charge card number starts with BE-OHM or BE-PLUG and I cannot add it. What now?

Charge cards with a number in the format BE-OHM-XXXXX-X or BE-PLUG-XXXXX-X cannot be entered manually in the STROOHM App.

In that case, contact the helpdesk. Mention the number on your charge card and we will help you pair it.
