Your employer chooses one of two options:
Automatic: after each home charging session, the reimbursement is credited to your personal wallet straight away.
Monthly: the reimbursements are collected at the end of the month and, once your employer has approved them, credited to your wallet.
Ask your fleet manager which option applies to you.
