You choose your account's billing method under Payment > Settings:
Pay as you go: you deposit money into the wallet in advance and each session is settled immediately. The wallet can never go below zero.
Pay by invoice (companies only): you charge during the month and receive one invoice at the end of the month. After the switch to the new platform, this is enabled by default for VAT-registered companies.
If you pay by invoice, we strongly recommend linking SEPA direct debit or a credit card. This way your invoices are paid automatically and your account does not get blocked.
