My account is blocked because of unpaid invoices. What now?

Invoices must be paid within 30 days. After that, the platform automatically blocks your account until the payment has been received. Your company wallet can then no longer pay for charging sessions, and charge points and charge cards may be temporarily frozen. Employees with a charge card in their name will then charge at the expense of their personal wallet, if it has sufficient balance.

What can you do?

  1. Pay the outstanding invoice under Payment > Invoices via Pay now, or with the payment link in the email. Always pay in EUR, not in DKK (Danish kroner): payments in DKK are not approved automatically.

  2. Send your proof of payment via the helpdesk. This helps your account get unblocked faster. Processing can take 2 to 3 working days.

Want to avoid this in the future? Set up SEPA direct debit or a credit card under Payment > Settings.
