There is a difference between an added and a connected vehicle. An added vehicle only has the data that was entered manually. Mileage, battery level (SoC) and other data only appear once the vehicle is connected via the manufacturer.
How to connect the car:
Have the driver connect their car in the STROOHM App (Me > My cars > See more, choose the car and log in with the car brand's account), or
Open the vehicle in Vehicles on the platform and click Connect.
Not every make or model supports this connection. Connecting vehicles is part of the FLEET Pack.
