Log into STROOHM and follow the steps below:
Click on “Register”.
Then click on “Private user” (even if you are self-employed).
Fill in all your details in the form.
Tick “Yes, I already have a card.” if you have already received your charge card.
Enter your charge card ID in the designated field (you can find it imprinted on your physical charge card).
Important: Please DO NOT tick the box “Yes, I would like to use my card at charge points of other providers. (This is not mandatory)” for Charge@Public.
If you would like to activate the Charge@Public subscription, please contact Helpdesk.
Fill in the remaining details.
Click on “Register” at the bottom of the page to complete your account creation.
Next, you will need to link your charge card to your account. To do so, follow the instructions on the flyer that was included with your charge card.
