As the owner or operator of a charge point, you set the charging rate yourself, using price groups on the STROOHM Platform. You can set a different rate for each target group:
Public price group: for external drivers who charge with a STROOHM charge card.
Roaming price group: for drivers with a charge card from another provider.
Member price group: for your own employees or members.
You choose a price per kWh or per minute (or a dynamic rate), optionally supplemented with additional fees such as a start fee. Create the price group and apply it to your charge points: only then is it active. Keep the rate simple and competitive, so drivers quickly understand the costs. For public charge points, the European AFIR rules require the price to be clearly displayed before charging starts.
