No. For privacy reasons, existing direct debits could not be transferred to the new platform. You need to activate a new SEPA direct debit yourself. This is only possible if you pay by invoice.
Open your account, click ••• and choose Payment.
Go to the Settings tab.
Scroll to SEPA Direct Debit and click Enable.
Fill in your details on the checkout page and click Set up bank account.
After that, your monthly invoices are paid automatically. Until this is set up, you pay each invoice yourself within 30 days via Pay now. You can also link a credit card.
