Home charging stations belong to the employee's personal account and are considered private. For privacy and security reasons, as a fleet manager you do not have management rights on those accounts. That is why they do not appear among your charge points or in the status monitor.
You can, however, see your employees' home charging sessions: via Reimbursements > Charging sessions or via the Fleet cost overview dashboard (under Overview).
