What is a price group and what types are there?

A price group defines a charging rate. The main types:

  • Public: for external users charging with a STROOHM charge card at your public charge points.

  • Roaming: for external users with a charge card from another provider.

  • Member: for your own employees or members. If they charge with the company wallet, this amount per kWh is charged to the company wallet.

  • Reimbursement: the rates for home charging reimbursement (CREG rates). You can see them here, but you manage them via Reimbursements.

  • Cost: your own electricity cost, used only to calculate your margin. This is never the price for the driver.

  • Member cost: assign internal costs to members of your account.
