Started with the STROOHM App: you can start and stop a charging session from your phone. Open the ongoing session in the app and stop it there.
Started with your charge card: you usually stop by holding the same charge card against the card reader of the charge point again. Only unplug the cable after the charge point gives a signal.
You only pay for what you actually charged, at the rate shown in the app. If you can't stop the session, get in touch via Me > Support or via www.stroohm.com/helpdesk.
