Only if that charging station is open to roaming. This is not the default, but most providers can enable it on request.
What should you do?
Contact the provider of that charging station yourself and ask them to enable roaming. The charging station will then be made publicly available.
After that, your charge card will be accepted automatically, sometimes with a delay of a few days.
Did it work before but not anymore? Roaming between hundreds of providers in Europe is quite complex, which can sometimes cause small differences. Contact the helpdesk if the problem persists.
