The rate you pay for charging depends on where you charge.
Where do you charge?
Charging at home: You simply charge at the electricity price in your energy contract. Your employer can choose to reimburse these home charging costs (home charging reimbursement). This is an option available with the STROOHM Platform.
Charging at the office: If your company has charge points at the office, the company sets the charging rate. So as an employee, you may be able to charge for free, or you may have to pay a certain rate for charging at the office. The company decides this entirely on its own.
Public charging: This depends entirely on the operator or owner of the public charge point. With the STROOHM App, you can see the total price you will pay per kWh at that charge point. No hidden costs and no charging costs billed months later: simply the rate you will see on your invoice. This total charging rate already includes the 8% handling fee that STROOHM charges for the use of our charging services.
