What is a wallet?

A wallet is a digital purse you use to pay for charging sessions. You find it in the STROOHM App under Me > Wallets and payments. There are two types:

  • Personal wallet (in the app it is called Your team): you manage it yourself (payment method, top-ups, payouts). You use it to pay for charging sessions that your employer does not reimburse. Any home charging reimbursement is also paid into this wallet.

  • Company wallet (the wallet of the company account): you recognise it by your company's name. Your fleet manager manages it; you don't need to set anything up. You use it to pay for charging sessions that your company reimburses. If you don't see it, your company may not reimburse charging sessions. If you work for several organisations, you may see several company wallets.

When a session starts, an amount is reserved. If the balance is too low, the session will not start. So add a payment method or top up your personal wallet.
