What can you find under 'Accounts'?
Under Accounts, you will find your company's account (previously called 'Teams'). Several accounts may also be listed here, for example if your company has sub-entities or if you have several management companies.
In this view, you also see all dashboards, insights and management options for your accounts.

What can you find under 'CPO / Network'?
Here you will find all of your company's charge points. Employees' home charge points are not visible here: this is a management environment and only the person who owns the charge point can manage it. You can, however, view the charging sessions via other sections of the platform, such as 'Charging sessions' and 'Reimbursements'.
Do you have several company sites with charge points? Then you can also navigate to 'Charging sites' ('Laadlocaties' in the Dutch interface), where you can view the charge points at that specific site.

What is a wallet?
What is a wallet?
A wallet is used to pay for charging sessions. There are 2 types of wallets:
A company wallet (Account Wallet): This wallet is linked to your company. It is used for all charging sessions that your company reimburses for EV drivers (= members). As a fleet manager or business owner, you may well manage several wallets, for example if your company has several entities.
A personal wallet (in the STROOHM App): Every EV driver sees this wallet in their STROOHM App. It can be set up for payments that are not covered by your company, but this is not required.
What is 'Outbound roaming'?
What is 'Outbound roaming'?
Outbound roaming refers to public charging sessions with external charging providers that are not linked to STROOHM, for example at public charge points of Fastned or TotalEnergies.
Want to see these terms in practice? Then go through the STROOHM Platform demo (New Hub).
