You request a payout from your personal wallet in the STROOHM App, not via the platform.
Make sure your profile is complete (including a verified mobile number) and that your IBAN has been added. You can do this via Me > Settings > Profile > Bank account, or directly in step 3.
Go to Me > Your team > Pay out.
Choose Pay out now, enter the payout amount and tap Pay out to bank account.
Want this to happen automatically every month? Then choose the Automatic payout tab.
Note: you can only pay out from a balance of €10. Non-withdrawable credit, such as bonuses, does not count.
