First try this yourself:
Check that the charging station has power (fuse or circuit in the fuse box).
Switch off the fuse of the charging station for 10 to 15 minutes and then switch it back on.
Wait a few minutes until the charging station has fully started up.
Is the charging station still offline? Then it has probably lost its internet connection, for example after a new router or a changed Wi-Fi password. A charging station can be connected via 4G, Wi-Fi or Ethernet. Reconnect it to Wi-Fi or Ethernet using the guide in the STROOHM App.
Has your charging station stopped working since the migration to the new platform (June 2026)? If your charging station was offline at that time, it could not be transferred automatically. Make sure it is online and connected to the platform; we will then transfer it manually. Let us know via the helpdesk and mention the ID of your charging station.
Still not working? Contact the helpdesk. You can also request an on-site intervention by a technician via the helpdesk.
