How long does it take before a (re)paired charge card works?

After pairing, it takes 24 to 72 hours before your charge card works everywhere, including at public charge points of other providers (roaming).

In the meantime, you can always start your charging session via the STROOHM App.

Is your charge card still not working after 72 hours? Then contact the helpdesk and mention your charge card number.
