Yes, as additional fees in a price group:
Start fee: charged once at the start of the charging session.
Charging fee: charged once after a time you choose yourself.
Per-minute fees: a different per-minute rate after a certain charging duration.
Idle fee (rotation fee): per minute for as long as the car stays plugged in after charging has finished. This only works on charge points that can detect unplugging. Set a maximum amount and preferably don't charge it at night.
