What is the difference between inbound and outbound roaming?

Outbound roaming: you (or your employee) charge with a STROOHM charge card at a charge point of another provider. STROOHM pays that provider and charges the costs to you.

Inbound roaming: drivers with a charge card from another provider charge at your (public) charge point. You receive the payment.
