Roaming lets drivers with a charge card or app from other providers (e.g. Shell Recharge, Plugsurfing) charge at your charge point.
Requirements: the charge point is Public, a public price group has been applied, and the charge point is active and has a valid address.
Create a roaming price group and apply it to the charge point.
Open the charge point > Pricing & access and switch on Roaming.
Choose the roaming price group and click Save.
It can take 24 to 72 hours for your charge point to appear on external maps. If it is still not on the map after that, submit a ticket via the helpdesk.
