Keep your charging station powered during the update and wait until the update has fully completed. This may take a while. The charging station will then reconnect. Does it stay offline or unusable for more than a day? Then contact the helpdesk.
Are you a fleet manager? Then you can update the firmware of several charge points at once on the platform:
Open your account and go to the Charge points tab.
Filter the list on Update available.
Select the charge points you want to update and click Update firmware.
Review the current and new version and the release notes, and click Start update.
You will receive an email with the details of the update.
