An account (previously called 'Team') is the environment in which charge points, users, permissions and payments are managed.
Company account (professional): for companies, businesses or homeowners' associations (VME) with a VAT number. All of the company's users are grouped in it.
Personal account: every user automatically gets one, for their own personal wallet and charge cards.
Private account: created for a user with their own charge point, for example an employee's home charging station.
A personal account and a private account can only be managed by the user themselves, not by the employer.
