With Instant charge, every car automatically starts charging as soon as the cable is plugged in, without a charge card or app.
Whether your home sessions are then reimbursed depends on the settings of your charge point. A session you start with your charge card is reimbursed according to your employer's settings. Not sure? Ask your fleet manager or contact the helpdesk.
Are you a fleet manager? You can find the option on the platform at the charge point, under the Settings tab. Not all settings are editable; this depends on the model and your subscription.
